This may be compared with the fingering for D5, but with two register holes. It also overblows to D6. It may also be considered as the fingering for C#5/6 with enough cross fingering to flatten them approximately a semitone and C#6 a little more. The 2nd, 4th, 1st and 3rd minima, respectively, correspond to these pitches.
