Astrophysics Honours Courses and Projects
- Astrophysics Honours Interstellar Medium and Cosmology
- Honours astronomy projects are also offered each semester. Session 1 projects on offer in 2006 include:
- Dark Energy and Galaxy Clusters
- Measuring the star formation efficiency within a molecular cloud
- The entropy of the galaxy
- Constraining the possible time variation of the electron to proton mass ratio using molecular hydrogen absorption lines at high redshift
- The ionizing radiation field in the early universe
